DAHLIA TUBER
ORDERING + SHIPPING
Ordering
The tuber shop will open in Winter 2024 and will remain open until shipping time around October with stock levels being adjusted from time to time. Make sure you are signed up for restock notifications if there is something specific you missed out on.
We grow on a small scale and therefore tuber stock is extremely limited for some varieties. Due to the current frenzied demand for tubers, it is possible some of the coveted varieties may sell out quickly - if you've done the tuber sale dance in the last few years you will know exactly what I mean! Please be patient and understand that there will be plenty of other chances to get your unicorns.

As such, some varieties are strictly limited to one per household/customer. Any multiples will be refunded.
Please take note of the following when placing an order:
-
Items in your cart are not confirmed until checkout is fully complete.
-
Items disappearing from you cart or changing to “Unavailable” during the checkout process is due to someone else checking out and paying for the item(s) before you. This is an issue which is beyond our control and dictated by our web platform.
-
When ordering please keep in mind that even though the tubers are in your shopping cart, they are not “yours” until the entire checkout process is complete.
-
Please ensure you enter the correct email address and shipping address at checkout! It is your responsibility to bring to our attention any errors in the order confirmation which may impact your delivery.
-
All orders are subject to availability. Every effort is made to accurately manage stock levels, however from time to time circumstances beyond our control mean that a tuber may become unavailable at shipping time. In this case we will refund any unavailable items.

Shipping
Shipping is available within Australia, however due to quarantine restrictions we are unfortunately unable to ship to TAS, WA or NT.

We are offering combined shipping this year for up to 3 orders per customer, if you put through a request via email. Simply pay shipping on your first order and select "Farm Pickup" on subsequent orders to avoid paying extra. Any differences in shipping costs will be payable.
All orders are currently dispatched via Australia Post. We only post tubers with visible eyes and this is usually around September/October.
We are not responsible for any delays, damage or non delivery due to Australia Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been sent.
Postage and Handling fees are a Flat Rate of $24.99.

After 36 hours has passed you assume responsibility for the success of growing the dahlias you have purchased.
-
In the event of receiving a different variety to what was ordered, please contact us and a refund or replacement will be offered depending on availability.
-
We are not responsible for tubers drying out or rotting in post-shipment storage , so ensure moisture levels in your storage medium are correct.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of crop failure. We also cannot be held responsible for weather or growing conditions which are completely outside our control.
-
Every effort is made on our farm to grow healthy plants free of disease and viruses. Unfortunately, some viruses or diseases remain dormant and do not show symptoms unless the plant is stressed. In addition, plants can become infected at any point once they are growing in your garden or farm which is completely out of our control. We therefore cannot be held liable for any virus or diseases which develop in dahlias bought from us.
